Your home will receive a  Room By Room design report providing suggestions that range from paint colour, to  layout,and items to declutter  completed by our  Certified Lead Stager.           


Furthermore, we will provide  suggestions as to what items  should remain, be stored  away and moved, with the hopes that we can help streamline the entire process for you!

Once you have completed our suggestions pertaining to the items that we all feel need to be  organized, decluttered, and stored away we will send one of our cleaners to your  house the day before the furniture and accessories are set to arrive. 


Our cleaner will be at your  home to wash, sweep, dust and vacuum thoroughly.

On staging day our movers,  stager, and assistants will  unload all of  the staging, then proceed to setup and place the items throughout any of the rooms in your home that require it.


The furniture will remain in the house for the entire duration of the time you are for sale. Once the house is sold, our team will be back on site to remove everything for you.
